Note-Range Panel Configuration

The purpose of the Note Range Panel is to allow interactive customization of the MIDI-generation parameters for an audio file. Features and functions of the Note-Range Panel are described in detail here.

| Color
As shown above, the Note-Range panel color scheme is customizable. In the dialog, select the name of a portion of the panel for which you want a new color, then select a new color from the color drop down.

| Logarithmic Scale | When checked, the Note-Range Panel will initially display
using a logarithmic signal scale. This is easily changed using the
scaling toggle-button 
at the panel's upper left. |
| Nudge Amount | When envelope nodes are selected, they may be
"nudged" either by using the up/down arrow keys, or by
selecting "Nudge Up" or "Nudge Down" from the
context menu. This setting sets the amount by which the selected
nodes are shifted by the nudge operation.
If the Control Key is pressed during the nudge operation, the shift will be 5x the normal nudge. If both the Control and Shift keys are pressed, the nudge amount will be 20x then normal amount. |
