| The Channel Message Filter Dialog allows you
to select MIDI events based on multiple MIDI and timing properties.

| When this dialog opens, note, velocity,
channel, duration, and key ranges are set to the ranges actually
observed in the MIDI data.
As filter selections are made, the status message at the bottom of
the dialog will indicate the number of notes matching the current
settings.

Note Range |
When checked, notes falling within the chosen range (e.g.,
C4 - B7 above) are selected.
|
| Filter Velocity Range |
When checked, notes whose MIDI velocities are within the
chosen range (e.g., 12 to 127 above) are selected.

| Filter Channels |
When checked, notes on channels within the chosen range
(e.g., 1 to 1 above) are selected.
|
| Filter Durations |
When checked, notes with durations (in ticks) in the chosen
range (e.g., 22 to 50 above) are selected.

| Filter Keys |
| When checked, notes whose pitches
match the checked keys (e.g., C, F#, and Bb above) will be
selected. |

When checked, selected notes must satisfy all of the
checked filters.

| Any conditions |
When checked, notes satisfying any of the checked filters
will be selected.

When checked, the checked filters will apply only those
notes which are already selected in the MIDI window.

Apply the filters and close the dialog. |
