It consists of 3 parts - a spectrum selector, a statistical summary, and a frequency panel displaying the currently selected spectrum.

The selector lists of all of the spectra contained in the Spectral file, showing the sequence # and the time in the audio file to which each spectrum corresponds.  Clicking on any spectrum updates the Frequency Panel with that frequency spectrum.  Double-clicking a spectrum displays  the signal histogram for that spectrum.

The Frequency Panel is identical to the corresponding view in the Audio Window.

The Statistical Summary lists the minimum, maximum, and mean signals for the entire spectral file, and also for the currently selected spectrum.
